Message us on WhatsApp with your postcode and a photo of whatever needs collecting — whether that’s a single item, a full room, or a garden that’s gotten away from you. There’s no need to describe everything in detail; a clear photo is usually enough for us to understand the scope of the job.
Get a free, fixed quote
We’ll reply with a clear, no-obligation price based on what you’ve sent us, usually within the hour. There’s nothing to pay upfront and no pressure to book — the quote is yours to think over, and the price won’t change once it’s agreed.
We collect, often the same day
Once you’re happy with the quote, we’ll book in a time that works for you. In many cases we can collect the same day, though you’re welcome to schedule further ahead if that suits better. On the day, we handle the loading and take everything away.
Payment is usually taken at the time of collection, once the job’s done. We’ll confirm the accepted payment methods when we send your quote.
