Quotes

Quotes provided based on photos or descriptions are estimates. The final price may be confirmed or adjusted once our team has assessed the items in person, particularly if the actual volume, weight, or type of waste differs from what was described.

Booking & payment

Bookings are confirmed once a collection time has been agreed between you and Atlas Waste & Removal. Payment is due on collection, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Cancellations

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a collection. No cancellation fee applies, provided reasonable notice is given.

What we can and cannot collect

We collect general household, garden, and commercial waste as described on our services pages. We cannot legally collect hazardous waste, including but not limited to asbestos, chemicals, gas canisters, or clinical waste. If you’re unsure whether an item can be collected, please ask us before booking.

Access & site conditions

You are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the items being collected. Additional charges may apply if access is significantly more difficult than described at the time of quoting (for example, items on upper floors with no lift, or long carry distances).

Liability

As a growing business, we are in the process of arranging appropriate insurance cover for our operations. While our team takes care during collection, we ask customers to remove or protect any fragile or valuable items from the immediate work area in advance.

Waste disposal

All waste collected is intended to be disposed of responsibly in accordance with UK waste regulations, including recycling wherever possible, once our waste carrier registration is confirmed.
